These include headquarters facilities for multinational companies such as Chloride Electronics Ltd owner occupiers, regional businesses such as Budworth Hardcastle & Ruddle Merz, as well as investors both large and small.
We work closely with Midlands based housing associations, including Nottingham Community Housing Association, for whom we have developed sites in Kettering and Northampton.
Our experienced professional team and our environmental ethic lead us to constantly enhance and refine our designs to give great looking buildings that are energy efficient.
We have an established joint venture company, Rugby Lindum, with our partners at the Lindum Group, which has already seen us deliver a number of residential and commercial schemes.
We also work in partnership with Pegasus Land to promote sites for Affordable Housing.
